1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bhavani Agro Bazaar (including our website bhavaniagrobazaar.in, official mobile applications, and branch ordering services), you agree that you have read, understood, and accept to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility & User Registration

Our services are intended for farmers, growers, and agricultural business operators who are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By registering an account or placing an order, you warrant that all registration details submitted are true, accurate, current, and complete.

3. User Account, Password, and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (passwords, phone OTPs) and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to:
  • (a) Promptly notify Bhavani Agro Bazaar of any unauthorized use or security breach; and
  • (b) Log out after each session when using shared devices.
• Bhavani Agro Bazaar will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security section.

• We offer a carefully curated range of genuine agricultural inputs including certified seeds, crop nutrition, and agrochemicals, with clear descriptions and transparent pricing.
• All product details, specifications, packaging visuals, prices, and inventory availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to:
  • Modify or discontinue any product at any time.
  • Limit product quantities or services per farmer/order as needed to ensure fair regional distribution during peak sowing seasons.
  • Refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion to maintain safety, biosecurity compliance, and platform integrity.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable statutory taxes (unless otherwise specified on the invoice).

• All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services without notice at any time.
• We accept various payment methods through our secure bank payment gateway (ICICI Bank PG, UPI handles, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking).
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our platform.
• In the rare event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price and promptly refund the amount.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our state warehouse network. Transparent flat delivery rates apply:

• Andhra Pradesh Delivery: Flat ₹100 per order (2 to 4 business days).
• All India Delivery (Outside AP): Flat ₹200 per order (3 to 7 business days).
• Store Self-Pickup: FREE (₹0) from any of our 5 retail branches (Anantapur, Guntur, Madanapalle, Podili, Markapuram).

7. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

All order cancellations, return eligibility rules, damaged consignment claims, and refund turnaround times are strictly governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In brief:

• Cancellations are accepted free of charge only before carrier dispatch.
• Defective, expired, or mismatched items are eligible for free exchange if reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
• Certified seeds and agrochemicals cannot be returned once opened due to biosecurity and germination viability controls.

10. Agricultural Performance & Crop Advisory Disclaimer

Agricultural crop performance, seed germination, and eventual harvest yields are influenced by factors beyond human control, including soil chemistry, irrigation water salinity, weather conditions, temperature extremes, pest outbreaks, sowing depth, and agronomic management. While we guarantee that all seeds meet or exceed the official germination and genetic purity standards printed on manufacturer packaging:

• We do not guarantee specific crop yield weights or commercial farm financial outcomes.
• Guidance provided on our platform, farming video guides, or customer consultation is advisory in nature and must be applied according to local field conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, in no event shall Sri Bhavani Agencies, Bhavani Agro Bazaar, nor its proprietors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of harvest profits, crop damage, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service or products purchased. In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product in question.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the platform shall be instituted exclusively in the competent Courts of Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, India.
