If your farm is located in a rural village, Delhivery will deliver to your doorstep or to the nearest local courier hub/service point.

* Note: Orders placed before 3:00 PM on working days are packed and prepared for carrier handover that same evening. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

• Delhivery AWB Generation: As soon as your order is packed, an official Delhivery Air Waybill (AWB) number is created and assigned to your order.

• SMS & WhatsApp Alerts: Automated messages notify you when the parcel is dispatched, when it reaches your local distribution center, and when it is out for delivery.

Agricultural seeds are living biological organisms sensitive to atmospheric humidity and transit vibrations. We employ professional multi-layer packaging:

• Moisture Protection: Seed packages are sealed in secondary water-resistant poly liners to prevent germination loss or humidity ingress during monsoon or humid transit.
• Tamper-Proof Sealing: Heavy-duty, high-burst corrugated cartons secured with branded security tape.
• Bottle & Liquid Protection: Liquid crop nutrition products feature heat-sealed foil caps and bubble cushion wrapping to prevent leaks.

6. Delivery Handover & Address Requirements

To ensure your parcel reaches you without delay:

• Accurate Address: Please provide your complete Door/House No, Street, Landmark/Colony, and correct 6-digit Pincode at checkout.
• Active Phone Number: Keep your mobile phone accessible. The Delhivery delivery associate will call prior to arrival.
• Multiple Delivery Attempts: If you are unavailable during the first attempt, Delhivery will make up to two additional re-attempts before returning the parcel.
