Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed and dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately.

2. Return and Refund Eligibility

Due to the sensitive nature of agricultural products (seeds, biological fertilizers), we accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product delivered is damaged or defective.
• The product delivered is past its expiry date.
• The product delivered is different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving the item.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Missing or Late Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
